Brad has practiced for over 27 years, specializing exclusively in plaintiff’s trial work, including medical malpractice, products liability, defective drugs and medical devices, trucking collisions, bad faith, and class actions. He has received the highest-possible rating nationally for both his legal ability and ethics and has been voted one of the “Top 100 Trial Lawyers” in Oklahoma by the American Trial Lawyers Association. He has also been featured in the magazine “Oklahoma Super Lawyers” each year since 2006.

Brad is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has served on the board of several national legal associations, including the American Association for Justice and the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers. He currently serves as President of the Oklahoma Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is frequently invited to speak at various legal education programs, as well as his alma mater the University of Oklahoma Law School. Brad has devoted his career to helping those who have been hurt, either physically or financially, by the wrongdoing of others. Brad’s practice is 100 percent devoted to litigation.
